The building is located in the central part of Sunny Beach near the former Kamelia discotheque, Mladost Supermarket and Speedy’s office. The total area is 2200 sq.m. and consists of 37 studios and apartments. At the moment, the building has ACT 14, and the deadline for issuing ACT 16 is 30.06.2023.

Apartments in the Villa Martini building with a launch date in the fall of 2023. Location 3 minutes from the year-round Mladost supermarket, shops, pharmacies and restaurants. The beach is 900 meters away. The building features a modern design, nice common areas, quality building materials (including waterproofing), an elevator and a landscaped yard with a barbecue. It is possible to purchase parking spaces. The building has six floors – with 6 studios of different square footage, storeys and exposures and 3 two-room apartments on each floor. It is possible to combine studios into two-room apartments if the client wishes. This would create comfortable homes with two bathrooms, and there is also an option to convert one bathroom into a kitchenette in order to obtain a more spacious living room.
